Advanced Files Uploader Charge Per File and Quantity-Based Pricing

Charge per files adds upload-based pricing on top of the WooCommerce product price.

Enable Charge per files and set the per-file price.

Enable per-file charges

  1. Edit the product.
  2. Open the Advanced uploader product data tab.
  3. Enable Charge per files.
  4. Set the Price per file.
  5. Update the product and test the frontend price.

Quantity interactions

If product quantity sync or file quantity is enabled, confirm whether quantity should affect upload pricing. Use the global and product-level quantity settings to decide whether quantity changes price, maximum uploads, or both.

Testing

Test one file, multiple files, and quantity changes before launch. Confirm cart totals, checkout totals, order line item data, and customer emails all show the expected result.
