• Confirm the shipping method is added to the matching WooCommerce zone.
• Confirm the customer address is complete enough for distance lookup.
• Check that distance rules cover the calculated distance.
• Review minimum order requirements.
• Confirm the license is active if settings are locked.

Google API errors

Check API key restrictions, billing status, enabled APIs, quotas, and whether the origin or destination address can be geocoded. Use debug output during testing, then disable it after the issue is resolved.
