Use this guide when address suggestions do not appear or the selected address fills fields differently than expected.
Suggestions do not load
- Confirm the API key is saved.
- Confirm billing is enabled in Google Cloud.
- Confirm Maps JavaScript API and the selected Places API are enabled.
- Check API key restrictions and browser console errors.
- Temporarily test with a default theme and fewer checkout extensions.
Country results are wrong
Country bias nudges suggestions toward a location; country restriction limits results. If Auto-bias to shopper location is enabled, confirm WooCommerce geolocation and MaxMind configuration are working.
