This page explains when and how you can request a refund for a Carticy plugin license. By purchasing any plugin from carticy.com, you agree to the terms below.

Money-Back Guarantee Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible, regardless of reason.

When We Issue Refunds

Our plugins are sold as digital licenses. Because you receive immediate access to the software upon purchase, refunds are issued only in the following situation:

  • The plugin has a bug, defect, or compatibility problem that prevents it from working as documented, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

If support resolves the issue, the refund window closes for that reason. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or installations on the wrong site after the plugin has been confirmed working.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day window. Cancel future renewals from your Carticy account before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Custom development work, paid support, or consulting services.
  • Plugins purchased through third-party bundles, promotions, or marketplaces not operated by Carticy.
  • Lifetime licenses outside the 7-day window.

How to Request a Refund

Email us within 7 days of your purchase using the support form, and make sure to include:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The order or invoice number from your purchase receipt
  • A clear description of the issue, including any troubleshooting you’ve already done

Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue first. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we will approve and process your refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the plugin will stop receiving updates and support.
